Done-for-you engagements

I'll install Kerno
on your infrastructure.

You get Kerno running on your server, wired into your actual tools, with agents tuned to the way your team works. No DIY, no long learning curve.

Good fit

  • You want AI that sees your real stack without sending data to OpenAI.
  • You want it running this quarter — not after three months of setup friction.
  • You have a specific workflow that needs a custom agent, not a generic chatbot.
  • You don't have a free engineer to dedicate to the install.

Probably not for you

  • You're happy with ChatGPT and don't care about data ownership.
  • You have in-house engineers who'd rather install it themselves. Buy the license.
  • You don't actually have a workflow Kerno could automate.

Process

How it actually runs.

  1. 01

    Discovery call (free, 45 min)

We talk about your stack, your team, the workflow you want Kerno to own. Honest answer if it's a bad fit — I won't sell you something that won't work.

  2. 02

    Written scope + fixed price

You get a proposal with deliverables, timeline, and price. No hourly billing, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Kickoff + install

I provision your instance, wire up connectors, and build the agents. You get a private channel for async questions.

  4. 04

    Handoff + training

Team walkthrough, documentation, and one or two training sessions. Your team leaves knowing how to drive it.

  5. 05

    Follow-up window

30 to 90 days of follow-up support depending on tier. Real bugs get fixed; new features are a separate engagement.

Who you're working with

I built Kerno because the AI I wanted didn't exist.

I'm the engineer who wrote every line of Kerno and who'll personally install it on your infrastructure. No project management layer, no junior hand-off, no "someone on my team will be in touch."

Before Kerno I spent a decade shipping production systems at companies ranging from two-person startups to publicly-traded scale-ups. The autonomous dev loop you see in the demo is a literal daily-driver for my own work — I've been my own beta customer for eighteen months.

Engagements are scoped with a written statement of work and fixed-price deliverables. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. If the fit isn't right on the discovery call, I'll tell you — honestly — rather than sell you something that won't land.

Not sure which tier fits?

Tell me about your team and what you want Kerno to do. I'll reply within 48 hours with honest feedback and a recommendation.
